Italian Style Cheeseball

Ingredients:
- 2 – 8 oz. Pkgs. Cream cheese, softened
- 1 – 2.5 oz. Pkg. Pressed cooked ham, chopped
- ¼ cup Italian salad dressing
- chopped pecans
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients (except pecans). Mix well. Shape int a ball and roll in pecans. Serve with assorted crackers. Be sure to chill.
Ham and Swiss Dip

Ingredients:
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Green Peppers
- 2/3 Cup Mayo
- 1 Tbsp. Brown Mustard
- 1 ½ Cup Diced Ham
- ¾ Cup Cracker Crumbs
- 1 Cup Swiss Cheese
- 2 tbsp. Butter
Instructions:
Beat cream cheese Mayo until smooth. Add ham, Swiss Cheese, Green Peppers and Mustard. Spread into an un-greased pan. Toss Cracker crumbs with melted Butter and spread on top of dip. Cook at 400 degrees for 15 min.
Blue Cheese Bites

Ingredients:
- 1 Pkg. Refrigerated biscuits
- ¼ cup butter
- 3 tbsp. Crumbled blue cheese
Instructions:
Cut biscuits into quarters. Arrange in two (8 inch) round baking pans. Melt together butter and cheese. Spread mixture over biscuit pieces. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot!
Angel Wings

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Bacon
- 1 bag of extra large shrimp (usually 30 count, I use Giant’s frozen easy peeled and deveined shrimp)
- Mrs. Dash seasoning
- Toothpicks
Instructions:
Clean shrimp. Cut bacon into about 5-6 small pieces. Wrap
Bacon pieces around shrimp and secure with a toothpick.
Put in pan with bacon side up. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash.
Heat broiler to about 400 degrees. Place rack on second
Position from top of oven. Cook until shrimp is done and
Bacon is at the “crisp” level you want. (Takes about 5-7 minutes).
